From the time I placed my mobile order to the time it took me to receive my order, y'all I swear it was as fast if not faster than ordering in line!! How can I tell it was that fast you ask? Because I was literally in line behind 2 cars when I saw a poster about the app. Downloaded installed and now browsing the app, behind 1 car. Decided on the largest family meal they had and then saw a promotion for free chicken sandwich on orders over $10 which I believe is on app only. Press order and pay as I was pulling up to the intercom. Told them my name and that I just ordered from the app and not sure if it would show up yet. Before I could finish explaining why I would expect an order placed literally seconds ago would be posted already, he told me "ahh yes. Mr. Donnie Nguyen. We got your order. Please pull around". Both the app and the location deserved all the praises. Everything felt so fast and seamless. My order was piping hot and nothing's missing. I never left a review before. At least not on the app store. The times that I do leave any review it would be maybe once per year. If that. I'm so amazed that I had to write this review even before eating my order but I already know it's gonna be banging. Download the app and get y'all some chicken already.

I signed up for the Popeye’s Rewards and ordered online. There I was offered a FREE 6 piece wings with a $10 order. I ordered the 5 pc Chicken Tenders large meal so it totalled $18 and some change so I added that to my order. At checkout I was given a FREE desert, I think it was a carmel apple danish of some kind so I proceeded to check out. I tried to use my Apple Pay to place and secure my order. I then proceeded to the drive thru but as I drove up, I noticed that my order hadn’t been placed because somehow my payment wasn’t going through. Fortunately, the guy taking orders at the window was able to help me. He was so friendly, patient and helpful even when I started to feel anxiety because now there was a line behind me and I was the one holding it up. The drive thru guy told me not to worry and that the app was giving other people problems over the weekend. Since my Apple Pay wasn’t going through, I tried entering a credit card and finally it took. Antonio, the drive thru guy went above and beyond with helping me place this order and didn’t make me feel like a big dummy but was very easy going and gracious about the whole ordeal. Thank u so much, Antonio!!!!

I ordered twice using this app, first time was Ordered for pick up and the restaurant took a while in finding my order, the line was long and I was flashing my phone to the counter and the restaurant personnel was taking too long to take care of my order but eventually was able to fix it.

Second time was ordered online for a drive thru thinking it would be quicker using this app but then I received an error, order did not go through, ended up ordering in person at the restaurant. Next day received an email for the receipt of the app order and was charged for it, I Called the popeyes restaurant and gave my info about the order and asked if they received any such order, staff was very nice to help me and informed me no such order came thru. Called customer service gave me an ID complaint number and told me someone will call me. 2 days later no call received. I was inconvenienced and charged for using this App. I am discouraging anyone on using this app. Do not even try.
