Checkers & Rally's Rewards 4+

I’ve stopped at this Rally’s three times in three weeks. I finally joined the app so I wouldn’t have to dig for change and I wouldn’t have to wait long. I ordered my hotdog at 12:12 and was told it would be ready at 2:17. While standing at the window, I saw a beehive of activity behind the glass. Two cars rode through drive-through, receiving large, two bag orders each while I continue to stand at the window for my single hotdog. a hotdog. No customization. It finally arrived at 12:29, delivered by a young man who had seen me and told me he would be right with me five minutes prior. He didn’t even have to ask… He knew who I was. He opened the window and handed me my bag. I admit I was snarky when I said to him, oh! Is this my cold hotdog? He chuckled and nodded yes as he closed the window. The dogs are delicious. That’s why I keep coming back. however... This is far from the first time it’s happened here.
I have a feeling this will fall on deaf ears, but oh well, it can’t hurt to say something.

I’ve ordered from the Checkers app several times in the past. For the most part, I’ve had good experiences. The past two, however, have not been. A couple of weeks ago, I had a reward for a free cheesecake sundae. I added it to my mobile order. At the ordering board, I was told to pull to the window. At the window, I was handed my order minus the sundae. Very rudely, the lady said their ice cream machine was down so they took it off my order and I’d be refunded. I was never offered a substitute. I also never received the refund (new reward). Just now I ordered again from checkers. This time I used a free milkshake reward with my food order. Once again I was very rudely told my milkshake was taken off the order because the ice cream machine was down. I wasn’t offered a substitute and told if I wanted a drink, I’d have to pay for it. I explained that it was a reward and that I didn’t get my reward back the last time. I handed my food order back to the lady and asked for a refund. They said I’d have to cancel the order in the mobile app because they couldn’t do it. I then went to cancel my order, but couldn’t. I was charged and it was in my order history. Maybe other locations are better, but I’d avoid the Tifton, GA location.

Ordered online at the Belleview, FL location. Pulled up and the female manager which had glasses on; was outside with her employee chiller with some other kids and told me before I even pulled up to the window if we were DoorDash and I said no, that we are an online order. She stated that their ordering system is messed up and if they don’t have it on their end that they will not make the order. Funny maybe if she was inside working, she would know if she had our order. Also weird considering I could show my mobile order receipts and that I paid for it… come on now lol Unfriendly to a degree too when substitutes became an issue with my order. Would not replace my spicy chicken patty for regular non spicy chicken. Her excuse that original chicken clucker patty was too expensive for the switch: fyi I didn’t ask for the chicken clucker. Shouldn’t there be an original chicken patty for the pick two deal if there was an option for spicy?? Second, they were out of bacon and cheese sauce so I had to substitute my backnzilla for a big Buford. Pretty sure that’s a price difference huh. Then no apple pies so I got more mortadella sticks. Only bonus to this experience honestly. She did say thank you and ever a good night. Hope she does too lol Belleview location needs HELP.
