Description
Order same-day groceries from the commissary and get the same prices available in-store, including all sales and special offers. Scan products in your pantry to build your lists, saving you time and making sure you get the same products, even when having the store shop your order.
Your order will be selected by personal shoppers who are trained and committed to giving you the best produce, meat, deli and other items and your personal shoppers will contact you with any questions about your order or instructions or if an item is not available.
Use your past orders to quickly select and order your groceries, leveraging your favorites, order history and recommended items. Just browse the weekly ad or the entire store, select your items and order for pickup or delivery, where available.

Shopping at the commissary with ClicktoGo
I have been shopping exclusively using ClicktoGo since I placed my first order about six months. I especially love how I can order one item only or a full list of weekly groceries. The weekly specials always have something I need and so I am always looking for something that I know is one of my staple foods. Pick is easy and convenient. You drive up and call and they’ll bring your groceries and put them in your vehement for you. The first time I picked mine up I tried to give a tip and they told me that they don’t take tips. I was quite surprised; and I tried to insist but it was a definite no.
Even if you live off base it’s worth the trip because there’s usually something else that I need to do on base.
I hope you give it a try so you can see how fantastic this service is.

Great service but some tech issues
I love having the option of online ordering for the commissary, but the customer interface could use some work. There’s no way to save your payment option so you have to enter it every time. That wouldn’t be such a big deal, but when using the checkout function, the system often freezes, loads very slowly, or just won’t work. I usually switch between the desktop version and the app to see which one is working today. It takes a long time and often discourages me from using grocery pick up at all. The people who bring my groceries out are absolutely wonderful though.
Too many bugs, even with all recent “fixes”
I just downloaded this app to use for when we make our commissary trips. I am browsing through the vegetables and cannot egg it to load lettuces (says there is no product listed), or much of anything else. I would say this app is not much of a time saver as I would still have to go into the store to grab food items I’d like to buy that are not showing through the app. It is only showing a select few and a search does not bring up products I know they have in the store.
When I try to load coupons into my account, it says I don’t have a valid phone number. It is the phone I’m using to type this review which is in proper working order. I constantly got error messages saying “cancelled, timed out” then asking to type in a valid phone number and address. Both are completely “valid” and have been in this residence for a few years with no issues in other apps or websites.
Disappointed.
