Western Bagel 4+

I was very happy to try to redeem my reward for using the app, and to my disappointment it’s only available in Encino. Why would you do that? If it’s not ready to roll out to all locations, don’t bother. Just my opinion.

This was not the first time an online order took a very long time. From the time I ordered and arrived 15 minutes later when it was supposed to be done it was just being started. I waited another 20 minutes in an empty western Bagel with 3 employees in slow motion. For mine (no one else had an order in 2 employees doing nothing). He had to keep going in the back for missing things like cheese and then no avocado. Was I offered a difference in price for no avacodo. NO. I had to ask. I ordered a half dozen bagels also that he did not get until after the sandwich was made.
Also the person who made the sandwich was chewing gum. No mask! Probably would not be approved by health department.
The manager told me internet orders do not come thru right away. For mine that was a 15 minute delay. I find that hard to believe and they should fix that. Manager did not care about that nor gum chewing.

The app is pretty good except one extremely huge issue: they offer a comment section but only allow 19 characters. What kind of special instructions can you leave with only 19 characters?? How do you shorten “please put Everything bagels in a separate bag” in 19 characters??? If you’re going to offer a place for special instructions, at least make it available to put meaningful information.
