Toter loyal

I like toters it has all, fast and reliable. Many options and good service.
However, my problem is technical in the app.
No longer you can talk to customers service just robotic answers.
Moreover they should add a feature of how much you would pay for the exchange .
The worst thing is the app takes too long to open and i have to get it closed and try again. This is especially when the reception bas is missing just one line.
The last thing is that there is no credit card payment option in dollars you can only pay credit card in LL.
I love toters and i always use it, even if i have the store’s number i order through toters cz i feel if there was something wrong toters would resolve it with the store. I will still use toters and hope the app gets better updates.

Toters has been nothing but a series of letdowns. Delivery times are abysmal – the app consistently misses its estimated windows, leaving customers waiting far longer than promised. It’s clear that Toters either lacks the infrastructure or simply doesn’t care to honor timely service.

The app itself is another headache. It's slow, riddled with bugs, and often crashes right in the middle of an order, wasting time and effort. To make matters worse, orders are canceled randomly without a single explanation or apology, adding insult to injury. The customer support experience is equally poor, with agents taking ages to respond and offering no real solutions.

For anyone considering Toters, I'd say save yourself the frustration. This app is unreliable, poorly managed, and far from the efficient delivery service it claims to be. Toters, if you want to keep customers, it’s time to make serious improvements

Offers and discounts.

The offers in this app are very bad as they rarely give you an offer such as a discount or free delivery and when they do give you an offer that food quality is so bad or sometimes it’s very little compared to the outrageous prices. Sometimes I wanna order food without even a discount because every time I order with a discount and it doesn’t fill my stomach. It’s embarrassing that they do this every single time. I will never use this app again.
Also talking about delivery prices they’re outrageously expensive like one of the restaurants is near me and it’s basically a 20 minute walk to go there so it’s not far but somehow the delivery cost 2500 IQd
This is an outrageous price for a restaurant that’s near me.

I do not recommend using this app. I’d reckon you go walk to the restaurant then use this app.
