Great app
One of my favorite apps for food delivery. They are always on time if not early. The customer service is 5 stars. They have a nice collection of restaurants but it can be wider. It’s my go to for ordering gourmet food for myself or my family and friends. Their couriers usually speak both Arabic and English and they can understand your specific requests.
Terrible Experience – Scam Alert!!!
Unfortunately, my experience with The Chefz was extremely disappointing. I ordered a gift, paid for it, but it was never delivered. When I tried to contact customer support, they kept closing the chat on me with no real response. After repeatedly requesting a refund, they completely ignored me, and in the end, they closed my account for no reason! The supervisor, Najat, contacted me on WhatsApp and then proceeded to shut down my account. Her behavior was unprofessional and unacceptable. I strongly advise against dealing with them – they take your money and never return it. Their customer service is terrible, and they have no respect for their customers. Stay away from them!!!!

Worst Customer Service – They Steal Your Money!
My experience with The Chefz was awful. I paid for a gift that was never delivered, and when I tried to contact customer support, they kept closing the chat instead of helping. After asking for a refund multiple times, they ignored me completely and eventually shut down my account for no reason! The supervisor, Najat, was very unprofessional—she contacted us on WhatsApp and then closed the account. This company is dishonest and refuses to return customers’ money. Their customer service is terrible, and they have no respect for their customers. Do not trust them!!!!
