Morgen Calendar & Task Manager 4+

I will have to say the best thing this company does is make their approach user centric! They always acknowledge that everyone has different styles, unique approaches and motivations when utilizing this application. I can’t wait to see what other things get implemented in the near future. I am just now starting the journey with the AI Planner and will say integrations for iOS Reminders will make a world of a difference. Right now it is in Beta and only available to MacOS so I’ve had to make several iOS Shortcuts & have been working with Todoist as well which has made the process so so smooth. So thank you for working towards more integrations and giving us the helpful tools and templates to create better calendars for our productivity! I’ll hopefully remember to write an updated review once I have utilized this application for over a year. Right now the price, the processes and the honeslty, cool application has me working towards a better, more structured lifestyle and hopefully the AI integration gets even better - I rely on this every day as I am recently diagnosed with ADHD in my mid-30s and have been struggling a lot to find a structure & system that actually works. *4 stars for now as themes are minor, integrations are beta etc and AI Planner could use some oomf/working on iOS mobile application instead of just Desktop.

Having used every calendar app from Vimcal, to Akiflow, and Morgen, I can honestly say that Morgen is the most well rounded right now. Visually, Morgen uses a vivid and clear color scheme and is not overly cramped in app. Integrations wise, they have everything you’d want and are leaning into more. Functionally, they are missing one thing for me - the ability to pull up other people’s calendars for scheduling if they’re not a paid Morgen user on your Team. As I understand it, this is being worked on currently. When it’s rolled out, Morgen will be a five star app in my estimation. Especially given their active community and helpful support.

Have been using Morgen since the early pandemic days, way before they launched their subscription options or mobile app. Both me and my partner have been using it for over 3 years and would recommend it to anyone. Was looking for an aesthetic, clean calendar app that could link in all my diff accounts - and this fills right that gap! Sort of an elevated Apple calendar app. Simple yet super neat. Marco - the founder - and team are very responsive to solve any glitches or add integrations - the app has all you need now really. Thrilled the mobile app is out of beta now.

PS: One last feature that would love to have on mobile also is copy&paste for events and their associated details/attendees/zoom link etc. Great to set up repeating (yet not recurring) meetings.
