Great first-time experience with the Maverik app!

I just used the Maverik app for the very first time, and I’m already impressed! Signing up was easy, and everything was laid out clearly. I like how it welcomed me with a good layout and showed me how to earn rewards right away. I joined the Adventure Club, and I was able to start saving money on gas instantly.

The app tracks my rewards and purchases, which makes it simple to know how many points I’m earning. I can also see special offers and deals that I wouldn’t have known about without the app. It even feels fun—like I’m part of a little club where I get rewarded just for stopping at Maverik!

Everything worked smoothly, and the app didn’t freeze or lag at all. I’m excited to keep using it and see how many points I can save up for free snacks or drinks. Definitely a great first experience—I’ll be using this every time I visit Maverik now!

Taos store

When are you going to open the stupid Taos store? It’s taking forever to do so. Heck Allsups started building the same time you started your ground breaking and they opened way way earlier than you did. You people are still taking your sweet a$& time doing so what a disgrace even Big O tire even beat you on opening up and they opened up around 3-4 months ago why bother building the store if you can’t even get it it finished I doubt I’ll even go I’ll be like everybody in Taos and just go to Allsups

zero customer service

I've had a terrible experience with the Maverick app and their customer service.
I've tried reaching out multiple times, both by calling the number listed on my NitroCard and emailing their customer service, but they completely ignore the issue. Instead of addressing my concern, they just tell me to get a new card without even reading my email properly. The customer service at Maverick, both in their stations and through the app, is horrible.
The attendants in-store have no clue what they're doing-they just give vague answers and don't actually help. Whenever I call customer service, the call gets transferred to a representative who doesn't understand English well and can't provide any assistance. It's incredibly frustrating, and I wouldn't recommend using their app or services.
