Gong cha Tea 4+

A lot of the times I’ve ordered for the store I select in the past, the featured items on sale can’t be guranteed even after paying for it cuz they’re sold out at the store despite saying available on the app.
I’ve wasted money trying to get some limited items only for me to show up for my order and be told they’ve been sold out for the entire day, and have to sort of try and make my money’s worth by giving me things I didn’t care for like offering keychains.
The app needs to show what’s available in store for these locations so customers stop buy items that aren’t even available.

The app also claims after trying to sign in, my phone number doesn’t exist apparently, and can’t back out to login screen to retry even when I close the app.
I’ve had the app for maybe two years and it’s always been janky like this.
The back button also clashes with the top left time signature so you can’t even back out of the page if you tried.

This company is obviously lacking a comprehensive IT team. They have 6 different apps, it’s unclear which one I need to use - this one or the USA one? Additionally, this app doesn’t accept Apple Pay, so you need to manually enter your card like it’s still 2010. They also haven’t updated their captcha process, so you will also need to go through 6 different puzzles to prove you’re not a robot before you can buy a drink…

I pats $50 which it states I have $5 reward, but I can’t redeem at all. There’s no redeem button and it’s not like automatically they apply discount when you order either. I don’t understand why gong cha has so many different apps for different states and can’t even redeem award so simply? And customer service is non existent. I tried to contact them through email and no response at all
