It’s much easier to use now!
Bad service
I ordered my food through the app. Went to the drive thru to pick up my food like I had done many times before. Then was told I had to go inside to pick up…. There was not one other car in the drive thru. Not ONE. The store was dead. But they refused to get my food unless I went inside. So I did. Then they barely looked at me to wait on me, again…. No one in drive thru, and like 1 other customer sitting in the dining room… someone finally came over to me…. Just to grab my food from the little warmer to hand to me. How was that not something that could have been done through the window? I mean, if it was busy and they were still making my food… okay, that would have made sense. But not this. I was not happy.
Needs standard features
Was hard to get logged in and to checkout with having to register for an account without options to login using Google/Apple. Additionally, not having Apple or Google Pay for checkout makes it harder to use too.
I know it’s nitpicking, but these features have become fairly standard for fast food apps
