Mobile app not working correctly and still charges

Beware of using the app .. when it works it is ok but when it doesn’t no one in the store front can help you . I put in an order and it saying I wasn’t able to add a fountain drink cause it wasn’t avail.. so I ordered a burger.. went in and the worker told me that didn’t get and I told her about how the app was not working properly and she said she knows nothing about the app .. so tells me to cancel the order and order with her .. so I did canceled it and ordered with her and few mins later it shows completed .. I asked her if there is a way to get a refund and tells me that that I would have to call tomorrow when her boss is in or contact customer service .. use the app and you will have to jump thru hoops to get it corrected for the company’s mistake .. horrible customer service.. I will no longer use the app or eat here .. go to habit burger they great service and mobile apps that work correctly

Bad service.. good restaurant

The food from Carl’s Jr is amazing. I even got a discount for using their app for my first order. Problem I had… I arrived to the restaurant to pick up my order and it was ten mins past the pick up time. It wasn’t ready they said, then they said they had no proof of my order. A co worker in the back yelled we have no more fries to cook. The woman at the cash register ignored me after saying they didn’t gave my order… when I was trying to show her the proof of my order on the app along with my receipt. I waited 30 mins past pick up time. Only to have the exact same woman at the cash register say oh your chicken strips have been sorting here the whole time.. without my drink and fries and dip. The woman at the cash register say’s what size drink and fries do you need. I said get the size I paid for. We have no proof of your order she replies again. She goes on to hand me my order and tells me I can’t touch it afterwards cause she needs to put tape on it… I said why and ok. She goes on to say you can’t look inside your bag for the door dash order. I’m like no like I’ve said repetitively I didn’t order via door dash… I order on the Carl’s Jr app. She said we don’t take orders on the app. She gave me what I ordered after 45 min wait. She gave me the wrong size drink and wrong size fries, no dip. And my chicken was sitting ready to go into a bag for 45 mins. This was the worst service I’ve ever had. At the Carl’s Jr in Lacey Washington!

Ripped off

The GPS on this map had caused me to order a order that was on way other side of town then my usual location that I go to. Due to your app acting up caused me to lose 12 bucks that I have never been refunded yet. Carl’s Jr. corporation makes it so hard to get in contact. None of your locations or stores will answer phones or your customer service hotline Will never answer phones. You guys are worse than Congress to get in touch with just because of your app alone. I have boycotted carls for life. The only reason I was using your app is because where I worked there was a very close Carl’s Jr. nearby. You guys aren’t even that good. It’s not worth me losing 12 bucks not to mention I was on my lunch break and I had to hurry up and double pay. Shame on you guys you don’t even care about your guest. No wonder your guys are so much dead compared to the other fast food places. You’re employees aren’t even happy. And before you resort going back to your script, I have called customer service, made a complaint with the receipt order online. Every requirement you guys require to do even tried to message you guys on Facebook messenger. This is why your employees gaslight because you guys are good at it.
