Such an easy way to deposit checks when direct deposit is not available. We live 45 minutes from a branch and this is so convenient!
I love it!
My only suggestion would be that some of the funds be made available at the time of the deposit.

It’s time for version 1.0
I looked at the development history. No business should roll out their app starting at version 0.3. It gives the impression that we’re using a beta version. For the last 12 months, every update description has been the same, “bug fixes, performance and stability enhancements “. You’re a banking institution. The software should be stable by now.
The app is decent and seems adequate for basic functions but when will we see new or improved features? For instance, the check deposit process. It’s too many steps compared to other banking apps.
Face ID doesn’t work
Dear App Developer: Ever since recent upgrade, most every time I try to login with Face ID, the app gives a biometric error message suggesting I still need to manually type in my credentials, even though I have Face ID saved to login. Please fix this issue, it is super frustrating & pointless to use Face ID if app will not allow it! Don’t want to manually login each time. Also recently tried depositing checks and the app would not accept my check, kept giving an error message. Please look into these issues! This is on iPhone 14 Pro with latest iOS update. Thank you.
