Worth the wait
With the improved version with biometric recognition, capabilities and efficiency of the app increased 10 folds. No longer just a digital token, approvals can be performed directly on the app with all relevant information should one wishes to drill down. One of the more intuitive banking apps I’ve used.

App is not user friendly even at Login
Mobile Token not in sync and keeps hanging The physical token is not provided with mobile token access is not working. I keep deleting the App and install back in when the App hangs. When will they make improvements to this App which is causing an inconvenient waste of time in trying to access it. Also Yodlee feed login is unable to match my company’s accounting software. Wayne, the manager, was supposed to return a call and he never did.
