Ratings and Reviews
Still needs improvement
Some items are unavailable, mostly add-ons like gravy or sauces. I still cant order because a pop-up keep saying there no store near my address, yet I was able to select the store at the start of my order. At the same time, the items I select/add to cart keeps getting removed as well.

Jollibee app comeback 💯
I love the new Jollibee app. It looks neat - even the pictures in the menu are nicely done. Hope the next update includes the auto-refresh of delivery status because clicking the refresh sometimes causes error in the app. Live notification widget would also be a great improvement.
Stuck at looking for rider
There was no confirmation through text or email unlike the previous app. And its stuck at looking for rider for an hour now and still no update. Tried calling the store, no answer. Tried calling help center, no answer. I already sent an email but that will take too long for a response to come back. There’s not even an option for cancelling the order or live chat assistance at least. Im seriously regretting i paid through gcash at this point.
