Description
The myDPD app offers you a wide range of useful functions.
● Access anywhere and at any time: register for an account and you will be able to check on the current status of your parcels at any time and from any location.
● The chatbot knows which parcels are on their way to you, track your parcel live and know down to the hour when your parcel will arrive at your doorstep
● Ask the chatbot to redirect your parcel, you decide when and where we deliver your shipment. If you aren't at home, we can, for example, hand your parcel to a neighbour, deposit it behind your garage, leave it for you to collect from a Pickup parcelshop, or deliver it to a different address or on a different day.
● It's easy to find parcelshops in your neighbourhood. The chatbot takes your current location or another address and uses the relevant criteria to filter the search.

Could be better
App is not user friendly, nothing is intuitive. Instead of several minutes spending for registration and parcel management I have to search around and completing never ending process of inserting personal data.
Absolutely broken
Tried to login via gmail, it seemingly completed with success, then it started throwing errors for all the requests that app was trying to perform. Banner started showing “unknown error”, terminated the app, relaunched and it failed to get past splash/launch screen.

Hello and thanks for taking the time to share your feedback. We did experience some technical difficulties recently that affected the normal use of the application. App is not working
Several times I've been not able to change time/place of delivery, there was no changing option offered even though they sent me an e-mail that I can do the change within the App. I couldn't.
