Doesn’t read local video files
There is the iCloud option where you could technically open the file from the local network, but it doesn’t do anything when you try to select a video

Is working nothing just refund it I waste my money is nothing it’s not working. It’s not a TV. It’s just stupid advertisement. I don’t know what that even is. It’s just a working just refund it or otherwise I will call police I don’t know.
